Booking

How does your booking process work?

Once your reservation has been confirmed and sent, we’ll send you an email that confirms the booking. This email is definitive.

How many rooms can I book at a time?

With our system, you can book as many as 4 rooms of whatever category you desire.

Can I make a reservation on the day I’m set to arrive?

Of course, you can. However, you must ensure that all the details are correct because there would be no time to call you in case of invalid details. Also, we strongly recommend that you get a copy of your booking confirmation slip and show it to the accommodation receptionist on arrival, just in case they don’t have your booking information yet.

Can I book a room for someone?

Yes, you can book a room for someone. Just submit the person’s details.

Why do I need to provide my credit card information?

Your credit card information is needed to ensure that your booking is validated.

Booking Confirmation

When do you confirm my booking?

Once you complete the reservation confirmation process, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. A copy of this confirmation notice will be delivered to your email address. The confirmation notice includes your stay period, booking number, room details, and price, as well as other necessary information about your reservation. Although you may be required to present this information during check-in, you should print and keep a copy of it for reference purposes.

Where can I find the contact information of my chosen accommodation?

You can find the contact address of the hotel in the profile on our website, you can also find the information on the confirmation notice that will be sent to your when you have completed your reservation process.

Cancel/Modify Booking

Can I modify my booking details?

It is not possible to modify your booking information. You may need to cancel the booking and make a fresh reservation.

How do I cancel a confirmed reservation?

If you need to cancel your booking, simply find the Cancel Booking link on the booking page and enter the required details. However, the cancellation of your booking may be subject to your preferred hotel reservation cancellation policy. Ensure you study the cancellation policy of your preferred accommodation before you proceed.

Do you send cancellation confirmation notice?

Once you have completed your booking cancellation process, we’ll send an email notification confirming your reservation cancellation. In case you do not receive this, you will need to check your spam folder or contact the hotel.
