How Much Average Time Do We Need to Do a Timely Cleaning of a Home, Office, or Premises?

We usually do it in the course of a morning or an afternoon depending on the tasks to be carried out and the size of the house, since we travel with a cleaning team made up of as many people as the size and distribution of the surface to be cleaned allows. In some cases of homes over 250 meters, we can take 1 day or more to clean.

How Many People Come to Perform the Occasional Cleaning Service?

It depends on the size of the facilities, we adjust the number of people for each cleaning so that no worker is cleaning more than 5 consecutive hours since we consider that they are the optimal hours in which the cleaner can give her best and offer the most detailed and in-depth cleaning. For this reason, we have cleaning teams in the morning and in the afternoon, in case any service lasts more than one morning or afternoon, the following team would enter, always both coordinated by our cleaning manager.

What Is the Procedure to Contract a Cleaning Service?

After contacting us via email, telephone or visits to our offices, we agree to a prior visit to your home, office, premises at the time that best suits you to assess everything you want to do and thus, in less than 24 hours offer you the tightest possible budget without any commitment. After acceptance, we specify the date and time that best suits you to perform the cleaning service

What Cleaning Products and Machines Are Used?

The cleaning products we use are industrial products adapted for each type of cleaning, presenting a reduced aggressiveness with the materials, being neutral detergents, liquids with anti-slip treatment, anti-dust, and anti-static. We avoid using acidic or abrasive materials.

Do I Need to Be in The House While We Carry Out the Cleaning Service?

In custom cleaning, we ask that the client be present in order to supervise the team's work throughout the cleaning. We understand that each client must have a personalized treatment, and what better way can they distribute to the team depending on their needs or changes that they may have during the course of the contracted cleaning.

What Can You Not Clean?

In general, we clean all areas of your home except those areas or objects that may present a risk of accident to people, or breakage or damage to the objects or homes themselves. In the particular case of the curtains, it is included in the budget to vacuum and dust them, but not to wash and iron them unless you previously indicate it to us in the budget.

Is The Cleaning You Carry Out Thorough and In-Depth? Up to What Point?

For several years of performing cleaning of all kinds, for our method and work organization, we guarantee that the cleaning is completely in-depth. We clean everything that is seen, and also "what is not seen" to guarantee the best quality of service, and always using specific products to eliminate fungi and bacteria that may have appeared.

If I Have a Limited Budget, Can I Request a Less Intense Cleaning to Leave It "Very Good" Instead of "Extraordinary"?

How Is the Payment for Services Made?

In the case of custom cleaning, payment will be 100% in full upon contracting the service, taking 24-48 hours to do it. To make the payment we adapt to the way that suits you best and can be in cash at our office or by bank transfer. In household maintenance, payment is by direct debit at the end of each month, once all services have been performed.
