Accommodation Reservation Facilitation

Through the website, the company provides an Internet platform through which you can visit different types of private accommodation and temporary accommodation, including hotels, hostels, apartments with room service, pensions, rooms for rent, rural houses, ryokans, etc. (hereinafter, “Accommodation (s)”) and request to make reservations in said Accommodation, including prepayment of said accommodation reservations by credit card, debit card, e-wallet or other payment methods to facilitate the processing of said payment (Payment Instrument).

By making a reservation through the Site, you make an offer to make a reservation at the price indicated for said reservation and with the terms and conditions established on the Site. Once accepted by the accommodation, and therefore by our us, it will become a binding contract under the Terms of Use. You will receive a confirmation email (which includes a voucher in case of Pre-Paid accommodations) as proof of confirmed accommodation reservation, this means that the accommodation has confirmed your reservation. The “thank you page” indicates that your reservation request has been received and is ready for final processing; you don’t need to do anything else. We reserve the right to reject reservations as indicated below.

The Site does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of (the quality, the level of service or the qualification of) any of the accommodations that appear on the Site, and should not be considered as such. We hereby expressly disclaim any statement, warranty, or commitment regarding the quality, conditions, or suitability of all accommodations displayed on the Site. Accommodations can be classified on the Site based on different criteria (number of stars, customer opinions, etc.). The default ranking is based on an automatic algorithm that can be periodically updated or modified, and that takes into account different factors, including but not necessarily limited to availability, promotions and rates, historical popularity, money earned by our company, conversion (the ratio of bookings made through site visits), sale of room nights, cancellations, content quality, guest reviews, star ratings, etc.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to reject or cancel reservations in exceptional cases and we will notify you of the refusal or cancellation by email to the address you provided when you made your reservation.

The most common reasons for rejecting or canceling a reservation include, but are not limited to Accommodation Request (s), actual or suspected resale of Accommodation reservations made through the Site on an individual basis or a large scale without our prior written authorization (“ Resale ”), breach of the Terms of Use, cases of commercial or economic sanctions, embargoes, legal restrictions, (suspicion of) fraud or theft, suspicion of criminal activity, suspicious reservations, presentation by you of false information or wrong payment instrument problems, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, violence, refusal to submit information, practical obstacles, communication problems, history, blacklists of governments or international organizations (the USA. , EU, UN,), etc.

If your reservation is rejected or canceled once the corresponding payment has been made, you will receive a refund for the full value of it; (except in the case of Unauthorized Reselling or in any other appropriate case, such as the unauthorized use of the site or an inappropriate way in the use of the Site, and such use is detrimental to us for which the refund of the full value of the reservation or any part thereof is not justifiable).

Category Considerations (stars)

Please note that star ratings can vary greatly based on location, available alternatives, local market conditions, practices, or other circumstances. Therefore, the star rating in one country or city may not be comparable to the same star rating in another country or city due to such circumstances. The star rating does not necessarily reflect all the amenities and services that an Accommodation can offer and some services and features may not be found in all rooms or properties with a certain rating.

Claims

If you have complaints or claims about our service, please contact our Customer Service team through any of the means indicated on the website. We will try our best to help you. Please note that complaints related to the accommodation (policies, standards, service, decoration, food, facilities, etc.) are the responsibility of the accommodation itself. The company will take the necessary steps with the accommodation to try to reach a satisfactory agreement for all but does not guarantee a positive solution in any case. Only requests in good faith will be considered.

General Limitation of Liability
