DATE – Specific availability check

• Exact date and year should be clearly stated once booking request is made.
• Number of days from day 01 up to the last day of the intended stay e.g.  In – September 03, 2020 Out – September 10, 2020.

ROOM – Number of occupants should also be given to establish room allocation and distribution.

• Please specify number of adults and children.
• Also clarify the respective ages of the children.

  1. 2 adults / 3 adults 1 child (05 years).
  2. 2 adults – 1 twin room or 1 double room (twin room has 2 single beds, double room has 1 double bed good for 2 persons).
  3. 3 adults and 1 child – 1 triple room (children are usually free of charge 02 – 07 years old, depending on hotel’s policy).

BREAKFAST – When room choices are allocated, this also specify if comes with free breakfast or non.

Free of charge meals for children are usually not included in the complimentary breakfast. However, free breakfast comes in a la carte or buffet servings depending on the hotel’s offer.

DURATION – When providing information on the duration of accommodation, count the number of night stays and not the number of days.

In most Asian countries cut off time starts at 2:00 in the afternoon and ends at 12:00 noon the following day i.e. Check in : 2:00pm / Check out: 12:00pm

Australia basically offers 2 – 5 star hotels. Hostels / dormitory type and home stay accommodations can be seldom seen in their list. The same booking guidelines follow for Asian countries.

Cabins, home stay, houses and apartments require an advance booking for longer use as vacation normally goes on for weeks or months. it has a minimum number of nights to purchase, and definitely not possible for the shorter duration.

United Kingdom and Europe

Hotels offer elegant features both in and out, and with a wide choice of 2 – 5 star accommodation. Booking procedures are still the same ranging from small to large rooms.

• 2 star hotels have the simplest facade and room interiors. They can be basically small, with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. No personal supplies are given to use for free, thus to bring your own pack and kit.
• 3 star hotels provide more convenience. They boost of a more comfortable room design and ambiance, presented with a little coffee or dining table and a small kitchen. Free toiletries are also provided for a light pack luggage.
• 4 -5 star hotels guarantee the best comfort of all. Most providing larger rooms, with parking spaces, WiFi and free breakfasts. Others are also pet friendly, with a spa and gym center, restaurants and souvenir shops as well.
